20-Day Holds Process
For a 20-day hold, you will need the following:
- A Release Authorization from the issuing agency.
- Photo Identification:
- All state and federal government-issued photo identification cards (i.e. driver's license, identification cards, passport)
- Payment:
- We accept cash, check, credit, and debit cards
Collisions/Abandoned Vehicles/Stolen Recoveries
- Proof of Ownership:
- Title with your printed name issued on it
- Current registration
- Photo Identification:
- All state and federal government-issued photo identification cards (i.e. driver's license, identification cards, passport)
- Payment:
- We accept cash, check, credit, and debit cards

If you need to redeem a vehicle that you do not own, you will need additional paperwork. Please call (623) 466-6560 for more information.
Typically having your vehicle towed is not expensive, but storing your vehicle tends to add up rapidly since it accumulates daily. If you cannot recover your vehicle right away, with proof of ownership you will be allowed to retrieve your personal belongings from the vehicle.
